Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of Holcim Polska S.A. I invite you to submit an offer for the purchase or rental of a social container serving as a technical room for the Kujawy Mining Plant in Bielawy. The specifications below specify the minimum parameters technical and construction requirements that the delivered object must meet:Overall dimensions:Length: approx. 6 m (ISO external standard: 6, 058 mm) Width: approx. 3 m (external standard: 2, 990 m) Height: approx. 3 m (internal height min. 2, 500 mm) Replacement construction, insulation and finishing: Construction: Load-bearing steel, protected against corrosion, equipped with ISO transport handles in the corners and an integrated rainwater drainage system. Walls and insulation: Rigid PIR foam insulation (gr. 100 mm) or alternatively mineral wool. Painted profiled sheet metal on the outside (standard colors, e.g. RAL 7016, RAL 7035 or similar). The inside is finished with an easy-to-clean white laminated board. Floor: Insulated, finished durable, industrial gray PVC floor covering (min. 2 mm thick). It is allowed to offer a reinforced floor frame due to the technical purpose of the facility. Roof: Single-slope or flat, equipped with a drip edge/peripheral gutter. Joinery opening (according to the functional arrangement): Windows (5 pieces): PVC or aluminum windows, tilt-and-turn (preferred dimensions approx. 0.93 x 1.295 m or 1 m x 1 m).
