The purpose of this consultation is to provide social assistance services for CNC agents. The social service assistant ensures reception, listening, information, advice, guidance, analysis of requests and search for help. solution best suited to the person concerned within the framework of a relationship of trust and taking into account their potential, their needs and their personal and/or professional environment. - He/she conducts individual interviews with the agents who wish it or at the request of the administration. - He/she is the contact person for HR and occupational health stakeholders (regular meetings with the deputy head of the human resources department, participation in the Situation Monitoring Committee difficult, participation in meetings of specialized training in health, safety and working conditions (F3SCT)). - He/she raises specific needs to implement collective awareness-raising actions. - He/she participates in the implementation of the social action policy and is a reference for people with disabilities. - He/she participates in the prevention of psychosocial risks and the improvement of quality of life and working conditions.
