Subject of the inquiry: "Delivery and assembly of a set of social and office containers", while maintaining the required standards of safety, environmental protection and quality of the service provided, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the Republic of Poland and the investor's general terms and conditions. The bill of quantities broken down into individual scopes is included in Annex No. 1. Details and technical solutions in accordance with the construction design and the operation and maintenance manual of machines and devices. The Ordering Party reserves: Including the full scope in the offer in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Bill of quantities. Delivery and assembly of the set by the deadline of November 15, 2026. Delivery and assembly in the last 24 months of at least 3 (three) sets of containers with parameters similar to those presented in the inquiry. None in the last 12 months months of accidents involving employees or employed subcontractors. Selection of the offer according to the following criteria: price - 80% installation date - 10% contractor's experience - 10% The offer should include: Payment terms, Warranty terms work performed and for the delivered devices and technical equipment in cases where the warranty period for these devices and equipment is different and/or requires compliance with special conditions (e.g. periodic inspections), Declaration of the installation completion date in accordance with point I.2.
