ABOUT THE MARKET DIALOGUE The contracting authority, NORCE Research AS, is in its early phase mapping the market for Security Operations Center (SOC), with the intention of a possible procurement in 2026/27. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain insight into the market's tenders and development, including how SOC services are designed, provided and priced. The contracting authority would also like input on how appropriate requirements, award criteria, contract terms and commercial models can be designed in a future competition. The received information can be used as a decision basis and as a support in the further work on procurement strategy and design of the tender documentation. The contracting authority would like open and reflected input from the market. All questions are not expected to be answered in full, and tenderers are encouraged to respond to the topics they find most relevant.
