Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements within Lower Mainland, British Columbia.The SOA will be for a period of one year with a maximum estimated value of $350, 000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $350, 000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $5, 000.00 and $50, 000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $100, 000.00.The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening DOS, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
