QC26SOA1, Technical Translation ServicesDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide quality linguistic Translation and Comparative Editing services for technical documents “as and when required” at various locations throughout Quebec.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFP. The objective of this RFP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $150, 000. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued less than $20, 000; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $40, 000.
