The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to invite qualified and experienced suppliers to submit pricing for snow and winter maintenance services.
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing reliable winter maintenance services, including snow removal, ice control, and related services to ensure safe access and operations throughout the winter season.
The contract term is expected to begin on November 15, 2026, and continue until April 15, 2029, covering three winter seasons. Suppliers are encouraged to complete a mandatory site visit prior to submitting their quotation to understand the site conditions, service requirements, and operational expectations.
Interested suppliers must submit their quotations in accordance with the RFQ requirements and by the stated closing deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
