Tender are invited for Snow Removal - Block D - Lincoln Centre/Lincoln Complex
SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services as per the attached specifications on behalf of Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at Snow Removal - Block D - Lincoln Centre/Lincoln Complex, for a period of one (1) year from October 1, 2026 until September 30, 2027.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
A contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents.
SITE VISIT
A site visit is mandatory as per section 3.4 of the attached document. The site visit shall be on August 11, 2026 at 10:00am and shall be made through:

REQUIREMENTS
Prior to award, references, Criminal Record Checks, and Insurance, will be required as per section 4, 9 and 13 respectively.
To expedite the contract award process, Vendors should include these items with their bid.

There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender.
HOW TO FILL IN PRICING:
Unit Price = Price for one year
Extended Price = 1 Year Price (Unit Price x 1 Year)
Please ensure to also indicate the total bid price in the "Total Including all charges" space provided. The price bid shall not include HST.
