The SUP-RESEAU school, the oldest school in the SNCF group, trains 18 managers internally each year; the future directors of SNCF RESEAU establishments. SUP-RESEAU is responsible for the design, animation and management of the skills development system for these SNCF Réseau executives. To do this, the school relies on the expertise of a service provider in order to: - create then implement 85% of the training modules, ensuring their organizational and educational articulation with those who are responsible for SUP-RESEAU (around 15% of the overall system), - define the methods for evaluating modules and overall certification, - pedagogically supervise end-of-study internships, - participate in the highlights of each promotion (national selection jury, oral presentations of promotions, graduation).
