SMS gateway and SMS service The object of the procurement is an SMS gateway and text message service, which allows the procurement unit to send text messages from different information systems reliably, securely and reliably. The service is used for other purposes e.g. for announcements, alerts and appointment and reminder messages. The procurement is carried out as a public procurement in accordance with Procurement Act 1397/2016. The procurement procedure is an open procedure. The goal is to acquire the most economical overall An SMS service solution that meets the functional, technical, information security and data protection requirements set in the request for tenders and is suitable for use by the procurement unit. The service to be purchased must include the sending of SMS messages to Finland and, if necessary, abroad, interfaces to the procurement unit's information systems as well as service use management, reporting, technical support and maintenance.
