This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 600 employees. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS.
The Minnesota Air National Guard, Duluth, MN has plans to issue a firm-fixed price order for the following:
CLIN 0001 - 2 each Smiths Detection LCD 4 Handheld Chemical Detector (Green), Equipment# 27416-2
CLIN 0002 - 2 each Smiths Detection US Mains Power Lead, Equipment# PC5356-5055-1
CLIN 0003 - 2 each Smiths Detection Licensing Level 1, Equipment# 28455-1
All Items are brand name and no ‘or equal- products will be accepted (See attached Brand Name Justification).
USA MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, NO GRAY MARKET ITEMS, AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR ONLY FOR ALL CLINs.
Preparing and Submitting your Quote:
Offerors shall provide pricing for the above items inclusive of delivery to the Minnesota Air National Guard, 4680 Viper Street, Duluth, MN 55811-6022. Please make quotes valid for a minimum of 60 days.
Response is encouraged to include past performance information: other military, commercial, and civilian companies with whom you have done business. Include country of manufacture for all items. Include feasible delivery dates.
