The purpose of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of the supply, installation and maintenance of passenger screening equipment, known as the project name 'Smart Screening Lanes'. We provide 3 lots: 1) Security Scanners and third-line maintenance; 2) Shoes Scanners and third-line maintenance; 3) CT scanners (EDSCB Standard C3/C4 incl. liquids up to 2 liters) & ATRS lanes + integration including software and full comprehensive maintenance + APIDS + on-site presence.
BAC/2025/066 - 1
Framework agreement for the supply and installation of Security Scanners including third-line maintenance, with a contractual term of 8 years for the purchase of the devices including a 2-year warranty period (including third-line maintenance). The third-line maintenance agreement has a contractual term of 8 years from the date of expiry warranty period of each scanner, extendable 5 times for a period of 1 year.
Important note: The Specifications that will be sent to the selected Candidates will include the minimum requirement that the material offered must be ECAC and TSA certified at the time of the Final Quotation.
