The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Regional Health Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for SMART Rehabilitation of the Laguerre, Grande Riviere and Fond St. Jacques Wellness Centres. The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:Lot 1: SMART Rehabilitation of Laguerre Wellness Centre Lot 2: SMART Rehabilitation of Grande Riviere Wellness Centre and Lot 3: SMART Rehabilitation of Fond St. Jacques Wellness Centre to improve its functionality, structural soundness and make the facilities greener. Bidders may Bid for one or several lots, as further defined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
