a) The subject of the contract is a service involving the modernization of the public lighting system together with the installation of SMART services in the city of Krakow.
b) The order is divided into 2 parts:
Smart - modernization of the public lighting system with installation Smart services in the city of Krakow - Part I.
SMART - modernization of the public lighting system together with the installation of SMART services in the city of Krakow - part II.
c) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments to SWZ:
- planned provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 2.1 for Part 1;
- planned provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 2.2 for Part 2;
- a material scope with attachments constituting Annex 6.1 for Part 1;
