SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR PARK AND PLAZA IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
The Municipality of Monkayo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (PhP 56, 370.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR PARK AND PLAZA IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
/20-01-0102 The Municipality of Monkayo now invites quotations for the SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR PARK AND PLAZA IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. Delivery of Goods is required ten (10) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO).
A Request for Quotations may be purchased by interested Suppliers on January 27, 2020 from the address below.
It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity.
Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before FEBRUARY 3, 2020; 2:00 pm.
Quotations opening shall be on FEBRUARY 3, 2020; 2:00 pm at BAC Office. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
The Municipality of Monkayo reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.
