The contracting authority is a state secondary school that is interested in a comprehensive solution to the issue of school meals and catering for other people. School meals must be provided in full accordance with Act No. 561/2004 Coll. (School Act) and Decree No. 107/2005 Coll., on school meals, as amended. The condition for fulfilling the subject of this concession is that it be selected throughout the duration of the contractual relationship, the supplier is registered in the school register of the Ministry of Education and Culture as an operator of school catering facilities.
