Tender Details

The services concern small repair work on premises (offices, laboratories, amphitheatres, rooms, sleeping areas and circulation areas) corresponding to a maximum amount of work of €100, 000 excluding tax per operation when the expense is incurred. The contract will be a framework agreement with purchase orders, single-award, non-allotment with no minimum with a maximum in value. It includes the work of: demolition; partitions; dubbing; false ceilings; ceilings in mineral slabs and metal strips; plaster ceilings and works; facades (coating, facing stones, cleaning of tags, etc.); painting of ceilings, radiators and floors; various finishing coverings on walls and ceilings. It includes the complete study of the technical provisions specific to provide the services under the most economical conditions, verification of dimensions and measurements, provision of a site manager, administrative management and conduct of the contract. A site visit before submission of offers is mandatory: refer to the consultation regulations for visit dates.
