The subject of procurement is the service of removal and disposal of waste sludge from the waste water treatment system at the location of CGO Biljane Donje.
The unit measure in the cost list includes: transportation and waste sludge disposal services, - KB 19 08 12 (sludges from biological treatment of industrial wastewater, which are not listed under KB 19 08 11.
As part of the service from the subject of procurement, the following must be done:
- at the request of the Client, within the agreed time limit (maximum 48 hours from the call), perform the service of removal and disposal of waste sludge
- deliver a properly completed and certified waste supporting sheet (PL-O)
Offered the service must include the service of collection and disposal of waste K.B. 19 08 12, in an appropriate and adequate manner, in accordance with the valid Law on Sustainable Waste Management and by-laws, and according to the cost list and technical specifications.
Sludge collection is carried out by the Provider's tanker vehicle services, weighing empty and full vehicles, waste disposal, as well as all other manipulative actions (pumping, transport, unloading at the disposal location).
The vehicle is weighed on a scale at the CGO Biljane Donje location, and the weight value is entered in the PL-O.
According to the services performed, the selected Service Provider is obliged to deliver to the Client a duly completed and certified waste accompanying sheet (PL-O) in accordance with the valid Law and Ordinance on waste management.
The selected Service Provider is obliged to take over the waste in its entirety and treat it in accordance with all positive regulations.
