Basic procurement template Basic procurement template (1) Ystads kommun avser att genomföra en upphandling avseende tjänster för tömning, transport och omhändertagande av slam samt tömning och kontroll av oljeavskiljare inom kommunens verksamheter. The assignment includes planned and emergency interventions. The assignment also includes sampling and analysis of outgoing water for some of the separators to ensure regulatory requirements and their function. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure an environmentally sound, safe and cost-effective handling sludge and waste from oil separators, in accordance with current legislation and environmental requirements. The supplier must have the necessary permits, skills and resources to carry out the assignment and be able to provide documentation and reporting according to the municipality's requirements.
