The municipality of Ystad intends to carry out a procurement regarding services for emptying, transport and disposal of sludge as well as emptying and checking of oil separators within the municipality's operations. The assignment includes planned and emergency interventions. The assignment includes also sampling and analysis of outgoing water for some of the separators to ensure regulatory requirements and their operation. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure environmentally sound, safe and cost-effective handling of sludge and waste from oil separator, in accordance with current legislation and environmental requirements. The supplier must have the necessary permits, skills and resources to carry out the assignment and be able to provide documentation and reporting according to the municipality's requirements. The procurement is planned to be implemented according to the Act (2016:1145) on public procurement (LOU).
