I.implementation of the program of learning the Slovenian language at the subsistence level (hereinafter: informal program) and the first tests of knowledge of the Slovenian language at the subsistence level (hereinafter: knowledge test at the subsistence level) - lots 1 - 12, and
II. implementation of a one-time free test of knowledge of the Slovene language at organizations that implement the publicly valid adult education program "Slovene as a second and foreign language" at the entry, basic and higher levels and the level of excellence - sets 13 and 14.
