Invitation to Bid for SLOPE PROCTECTION AT LUNGIB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Five Pesos and 27/100 (Php 999, 965.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SLOPE PROCTECTION AT LUNGIB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU- Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for SLOPE PROCTECTION AT LUNGIB ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
