The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and installation/training of Level 1 Polysomnography Testing Equipment. Level 1 Polysomnography Testing Equipment provides respiratory, cardiovascular and neurological data to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of Sleep Disorders. The equipment must: 1. Follow AASM guidelines 2. Allow for integrated equipment for diagnosis and treatment 3. Have 24/7 support capabilities 4. Allow for customization Pieces of equipment to include but not limited to: Software Amplifier Headbox Intercom System Video Camera System Monitor Data Server
