Čáslav - hangar no. 4 - reconstruction, addition of facilities to increase HNS - PD The subject of the contract is - process the documentation for the removal of the structure and secure the permit for the removal of the structure and process the project documentation for the issuance of the planning permit and the documentation for execution of construction (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), - the performance of the designer's supervision activities, - performance of the work safety and health protection coordinator, - performance of the technical supervision of the builder, - ensuring a valid permit for the construction plan, incl. securing all opinions of the relevant state administration authorities necessary for the issuance of this permit. The subject of the PD processing is the demolition of the existing building, the assembly ramp and other temporary shelters and stands in the vicinity of the hangar and the subsequent complete reconstruction of the hangar building No. 4, extension of a two-story building for the background, construction of approx. 75 parking spaces for passenger vehicles and 5 spaces for trucks, including fencing of the hangar area.
