Tender are invited for This work will include removing and disposing of any damaged or unusable existing slate roofing; installing underlayment; installing new flashings as specified; and installing new roofing slate to cover the damaged slate roof area as determined by inspection and, to leave a very long term, damage resistant, weatherproof roof.
