This consultation concerns the Skype SBC solution: subscription, maintenance and associated services. The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract. As an indication, the notification date is expected around February 24, 2026. The minimum and maximum amounts for the duration of the framework agreement are set as suit : 100 000, 00 euro(s) HT / 400 000, 00 euro(s) HT
