Tender Details

IFC is seeking a qualified consulting firm to deliver leadership and managerial skills development services to SMEs participating in the SkillUp program. The assignment covers three tasks: the design and facilitation of a two-day leadership offsite for six cohorts of 25 to 30 managers, including PCM assessments administered in Croatian; the development of tailored organizational development plans for up to 50% of participating companies on a first-come, first-served basis; and sustained one-on-one advisory and coaching support for approximately 35 SkillUp Club members, comprising 20 days of direct contact time per company plus preparation. The contract runs for two years.
