1. The subject of the order is an investment project entitled: "Skierniewice Sports and Recreation Center" implemented in the design and build formula.

Investment address: The investment will be implemented on the plots:

The Ordering Party intends to carry out the task of building a swimming pool with an ice rink, a municipal (access) road, and the construction and reconstruction of infrastructure accompanied byand the land development network, as part of the investment task entitled: Skierniewice Sports and Recreation Center ("Task"), implemented in the design and build formula, consisting, in accordance with the scope of the FUP, among others:

1. The building of the municipal swimming pool,

2. Sheds with an ice rink

3. Internal roads, parking lots and accompanying infrastructure,

4. External graduation tower, external gym with a playground,

5. Outdoor pump track,

6. Municipal roads with land development and technical infrastructure covered by Decision No. 1 /2021of May 17, 2021 on the permit for the implementation of a road investment.
