The subject of the public contract is the gradual supply of 3 x-ray X-ray devices including accessories and related technologies (hereinafter also referred to as "device", "goods", "medical device/s" or simply "ZP"), the provision of warranty activities for the client's Radiology Clinic, specifically for the Pavilion of Internal Fields (hereinafter also referred to as "PIO") and the Academician Bedrna Pavilion (hereinafter referred to as "MCHO"), on the basis of a purchase contract, under the conditions set in the tender documentation. The subject of this public contract also includes: •Ensuring post-warranty full service of individual goods for an indefinite period, based on a service contract, under the conditions specified in the procurement documentation. •Progressive disassembly and take-back of refurbished equipment (3 x-ray skiagraphic sets incl. accessories) by the client, based on the contract for work for disassembly and take-back, under the conditions specified in the procurement documentation. o1 pc at the central x-ray (building no. 2) - X-ray machine GMM incl. accessories from 2003. o1 pc for PIO (building no. 10) - in the SKELET examination room it is an X-ray set TOPLIFT (HV generator CPI INDICO 100, Varian X-ray machine, ...) incl. accessory...
