Description : 1. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Caingin, through the Appropriation budget intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (250, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SK VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE 2026 with resolution number 03-2026. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Caingin now invites bids for the SK VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE 2026. The required construction is within 60 days upon notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within one year from the submission date and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II—instructions to bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fall" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
