SK TULLUDAN 2026-001
1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tulludan through the CY-2026 SK FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and Six Centavos (Php 400, 739.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for S.K. BUILDING OFFICE IMPROVEMENT received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tulludan now invites bids for Improvement Completion of the Works is required until 37.50 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
