SK-26-01 Staffing services health
Background Skjåk municipality is the client in the procurement. Abakus AS carries out the procurement on behalf of the client and will establish a framework agreement for staffing services within health and care to ensure stable, sound and predictable operations in the municipality's services. The need includes both planned absences, such as holidays and leaves, and unforeseen absences, such as sick leave and extraordinary situations. There is a need for quick access to qualified healthcare personnel, especially during periods of high workload such as summer holidays, weekends and public holidays. It is important that hired personnel can be deployed with a short start-up time, and that the supplier has sufficient capacity to cover both short-term and longer assignments. The procurement is also carried out because the municipality needs a temporary solution until Vågå municipality enters into a joint procurement in Nord-Gudbrandsdalen. The framework agreement must thus ensure continuity of services until a new joint agreement is established. Emphasis is placed on the delivery maintaining high quality, and that the supplier contributes to serious and sound staffing solutions in line with current regulations, relevant tariff conditions and requirements...
