SJADS INFRA 26-11: OPENING/CONSTRUCTION OF TUGAS ST. TO NAHALINAN PHASE 2
1. The Municipality of Sta. Josefa, through CY 2026, intends to apply ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE PESOS AND 87/100 (₱ 1, 999, 259. 87) ONLY. Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SJADS INFRA 26-11: OPENING/CONSTRUCTION OF TUGAS ST. TO NAHALINAN PHASE 2, Located at Sta. Poblacion, Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Josefa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
