SJADS GOODS 24 - 07: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF WELL-MILLED RICE & CAN GOODS (Sardines)

- 1ST QUARTER

1. The Municipality of Sta. Josefa, through;

a. LPOPS- Intensity Military Operations Other MOE intends to apply the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱200, 000.00) ONLY,

b. MSWD - EMERGENCY WELFARE PROGRAM intends to apply the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱100, 000.00) ONLY,

c. With the total amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱300, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget of the Contract to payment for SJADS GOODS 24-07: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF WELL-MILLED RICE & CAN GOODS (Sardines) - 1ST QUARTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sta. Josefa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed the contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (...
