The objective of this consultation is to choose a service provider in charge of carrying out a sizing and design study for a new biomass platform on the Trifyl site in Labessière-Candeil. This mission will stop the technical sizing and detailed implementation of the installations of the new Greenfield biomass platform, and to establish the operational and financial program for the operation consisting of building the new equipment and adapting the platform existing.
