The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) invites qualified and well-established companies to submit proposals for providing six (6) outsourced JAVA developers to support LMRA-s mission-critical systems. The selected service provider will deliver specialized technical expertise in system analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and Level-3 support within LMRA-s enterprise-grade environment. Developers will perform activities such as requirement analysis, impact assessment, feature development, defect resolution, performance tuning, and participation in QA and UAT cycles. All resources must meet the minimum technical and professional criteria, work under LMRA-s day-to-day supervision, and comply with LMRA policies and procedures.
