Tender Details
The project includes the yard of two 2-storey Luhtitalo yards, auto yard, fairways and green and play area yard renovation at Kesätie 1, 90530 Oulu. Load structures will be renewed in yard corridor and ap areas. Areas where old asphalted surfaces will be renewed will be utilized in the construction structural layers. The floor structures are completely renewed at points where the asphalt area or tiling will be a new structure (AP application on the edge of the plot and new parking spaces). The surfaces of the green areas and play yards will be renewed. Plantings, play equipment, fences and yard equipment will be renewed to the plan.
