There are three companies in the group: Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-yhtymä Oy and Oulun Tervatalot Oy. The contract is concluded with each company. The procurement is two-phased and is divided into two parts: 1) Photography services 2) Video production services This announcement is a request to participate in the procurement procedure. All about procurement interested suppliers can submit a participation application through the Cloudia Offer Service portal by the given deadline. The application can be submitted to one or both sub-units. During the participation request phase, candidates are not asked for price or information affecting quality points. The contract period is planned to start on September 1, 2026 and has a duration of two (2) years. It is possible to extend the contract with two option years.
