Lot 1 - Site management of the ISDND of the COMPA - Installation in post-operation Lot 2 - Treatment of leachates of the ISDND of the COMPA - Installation in post-operation The consultation focuses on the management of the site and the treatment of leachate from the COMPA Non-Hazardous Waste Storage Facility (ISDND), post-operation facility for the needs of the Community of Communes of Pays d'Ancenis - 2 lots. The main characteristics of the services are as follows: Lot 1 - The holder of lot 1 is responsible for managing the post-operational site of the ISDND. This market includes more precisely: - Monitoring and collection of leachate, - The spreading of treated leachate during the summer period, - Monitoring and management of leachate from the old zone in BC2, - Collection and monitoring of groundwater and surface water, - Collection, treatment and monitoring of biogas, - Maintenance and upkeep of the site, - Tele-declaration for ICPE declarations of website, - The production and provision of monthly information, quarterly and annual operating reports.
