The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Pima County. 130 W. Congress St FL 6 Tucson, AZ 85701, for a site lease. Pima County is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY source able to negotiate a contract with. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The Class Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition form is attached with this notice. The Government will utilize FAR Part 12.
