The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Wallen Communications, LLC. 9013 E Old Vail Rd Tucson, AZ 85747, for a site lease. Wallen Communications, LLC. is the owner/operator of this specific site; therefore, the ONLY source able to negotiate a contract with.
