This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch ("ECC") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for campground electrical improvements at Spruce WoodsProvincial Park as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essentialrequirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.Submissions which propose the use of subcontractors based in the United States will be automatically disqualified.The work is being done in Bay10 in Kiche Manitou Campground in Spruce Woods Provincial Park, Manitoba.
