This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch ("ECC") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for campground electrical improvements at Hecla/GrindstoneProvincial Park, Manitoba as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting allessential requirements of the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.Submissions which propose the use of subcontractors based in the United States will be automatically disqualified.The work is beingdone in Bay 3 in the Gull Harbour Campground at Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park, Manitoba. The work site location will not be occupied during construction.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process on behalf of ECC.
