INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SITE DEVELOPMENT (SUPPLY OF FILLING, MATERIALS FOR EMBANKMENT)
1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the Continuing
Appropriation, intends to apply the sum of One Million Ten Thousand Pesos and 00/100 only (P1, 010, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Site Development (Supply of Filling, Materials for Embankment) (2026-020 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for Fifty (50) Calendar days. Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
