Description : Invitation to Bid for SITE DEVELOPMENT OF SPED & PDAO COMPLEX, BRGY. POBLACION, MUNTINLUPA CITY
1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA, through the 2026 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of ₱19, 911, 681.13 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Site Development of SPED & PDAO Complex, Brgy. Poblacion, Muntinlupa City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA now invites bids for Site Development of SPED & PDAO Complex, Brgy. Poblacion, Muntinlupa City Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Invitation to Bid (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”...
