1)The City of Panabo, through the - Appropriation Ordinance No.10, Series 2025 - CMO - 20% Development Fund - C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety-Three Thousand Forty-Eight Pesos and Seventy Centavos (P 1, 093, 048.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SITE DEVELOPMENT OF RESETTLEMENT AREA, BRGY. QUEZON, PANABO CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The City of Panabo now invites bids for the Procurement Project stated above whose scope of works is concreting/masonry for site development. Completion of the Works is required in 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
