“Site Development for the Proposed Construction of PGOM Sablayan Satellite Office with Facilities and Other Improvements”
1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and 01/100 (P10, 699, 544.01) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Site Development for the Proposed Construction of PGOM Sablayan Satellite Office with Facilities and Other Improvements” (Ref. No. 326-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
