Invitation to Bid for SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR PARK IMPROVEMENT (PHASE 2)
1) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar, through the GF-20% EDF CY-2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR PARK IMPROVEMENT (PHASE 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Jose de Buan, Samar now invites bids for the SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR PARK IMPROVEMENT (PHASE 2) in Barangay 01 Poblacion premises. Completion of the Works is required 240 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
