Description : 1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Opol, Misamis Oriental, through the Budget of the LGU-Opol (20% Development Fund 2026 - Solid Waste Management Program; 20% Development Fund Continuing 2024 - Solid Waste Management Program; 20% Development Fund Continuing 2023 - Solid Waste Management Program) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 06/100 (Php 4, 564, 435.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Site Development of Land Fill Administration Building and Facilities at Bagocboc, Opol, Misamis Oriental/ OPOL 2026-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Opol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
