The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of three hundred ninety eight thousand pesos (Php 398, 000.00) only for Lot 1 (Fuels/Fuel Additives and Lubricants and Anti-Corrosive) and one hundred ten thousand pesos (Php 110, 000.00) only for Lot 2 (Aggregate Sub-Base Coarse), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Site Development of Demonstration Farm, San Isidro, Las Nieves. Bids received in excess of each item/lot of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
